Purchase lounge chair off Face Book Ad, and was not given a confirmation or any information, when contacted support email, was give a tracking # that in the end after about a week, said, package delivered. I contacted my postal service and was informed that the # was a bogus tracking #. Again contacted Deononet support and was given another line about oh Yes package delivered. After a back and forth email, being offered 40%, refund, then 50% refund, and then 60 % refund, Im still waiting for refund .
Dont order off Face Book again !

same as others

- sent a confirmation of transaction with limited info and doesnt incude phone number or cancelation information

-tracking number provided for shipping ( China post and then USPS) . It says delivered but no package arrived.

-USPS also confirmed there is no such tracking and confirmed no delivery scheduled that day per vendors update.

-took 20 days shipment until package is missing

-when contacted via email ( [email protected]) to inquire, another person replied using [email protected] emaII cpming from a certain " Clycone Sam"

- they apparently based it on their tracking as delivered. Nothing they can do. they ask to click "https://t.17track.net/en " .
