Ordered merchandise from suchenne.com but never received it.
saw a TikTok add with deep discounts on jeans from suchenne.com and placed an order back at the end of11/2025. They confirmed order. said it was shipped and they delivered. I never received the order. I contacted them again regarding my order. they reissued my order and I never received that one. The email came with a bogus tracking number. I contacted the “company” at [email protected]. I requested my money back due on 3/18/26 to not received my order. They said, "they couldn't give me my full refund, only 75%". I just wanted my money back and to be done with this company, "scammers". I was told it took 15-25 business days. As of today 4/29/26 I have still not gotten my refund. Total lost on this $37.71

I saw a TikTok add with deep discounts on Comfrt clothes from suchenne.com and placed an order on 12/26/25. On 12/29/25 a “shipment confirmed” email came with a bogus tracking number. I contacted the “company” at [email protected] and got a partial refund on 1/30/26 with a “reshipment” and new tracking number. Again, nothing ever showed up. On 2/18/26 I was told I would receive a 100% refund and as of today 3/30/26 I have still not received that. I lost $44.95.

I ordered merchandise from suchenne.com for a walk for peace event but never received it, even though they said it was delivered. I lost $60.00. The contact email was [email protected].
