THIS COMPANY WORKS THROUGH AMAZON.COM. I WASNT PAYING ENOUGH ATTENTION (THEY "STRAX.COM") AS THEY REDIRECTED ME TO THEIR SITE (shop.strax.com). I BOUGHT A WIRELESS CHARGER (BROKEN - DIDNT WORK), I ALSO BOUGHT A PAIR OF EARPHONES (WIRED) AND THEIR QUALITY WAS POOR TO VERY POOR. AND ANOTHER THING I ORDERED WAS A TRIPOD (PHONE / CAMERA STAND-UP DEVICE - I DIDNT EVEN OPEN IT). I lost $40.00 on this order.

I ASKED STRAX.COM TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND RETURN SHIPPING. I tried emailing [email protected]. NO ANSWER. GHOSTING ME. ALSO, WHEN THE PACKAGE ARRIVED, THEIR WAS NO BUBBLE WRAP OR ANY KIND OF PAPER TO KEEP THE ITEMS FROM DAMAGE.

THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT QUALITY AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE - THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. I CALLED THEM ON THEIR GERMANY NUMBER WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE NOT TAKING CALLS - NO RING - NO VOICEMAIL TO LEAVE A MESSAGE - NOTHING : 011 - 4902241951270

ANYONE THAT PLANS TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BE WARNED, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.
