Bad experience with this company trying to cancel and their representative lied. Need to get out of this contract can not afford their price that they automatically charge on the bill. Fake and they take advantage of people and families. Plus, I'm disabled and can not afford a higher bill.

The guy came to my door and said he was a PG&E employee and he can get me a lower rate for my gas. He Had the utility badge on from a nationally known utility service that I'm already with. I found out that he lied and he is a sister company and He signed me up with that company and now I'm having problems cancelling the company. I asked him do I have to change companies and he said no. He lied and the company cause increases not decreases. plus I'm disabled I believe he took a vantage of me. I need help! His name is Austin Jackson ID number: Cam 233. Also he didn't show me his business card to after he got my information and I talked to a representee over the phone. He told me that I would get a 600 dollar credit in 50 dollar monthly installments on my bill because my bill was to high and I'm not the only one that scammed in my neighborhood.
