Tracking the product, it took over 50 days to receive an update that stated the product was "Rejected at Lake Forest, CA" (my home town). My post office says it never arrived. When I asked for a follow up, they offered a 70% refund. They were unwilling to refund the total. As per the email, "As the delivery information has not been updated for a long time, in order to protect your buyer's rights and interests, we hope to issue a 70% refund. Since the package was transported by the carrier, we paid the cost of transportation and the cost of purchasing the products, so we cannot offer you a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Let us know if you think the solution is not good enough."
