This company used Facebook to give "free" items but one must pay for shipping. They use this information to later bill you for monthly recurring charges. I was fortunate and found out before the end of the trial but will still be notifying my bank not to accept any charges from this company. They use celebraties like Mark Harmon to advertise. Do not accept anything for free!!!

Free product offered on Facebook for paying shipping charge of $6.87.

Then charge full price, plus saying

you agreed to monthly charge until

you notify them you don't want it.

I caught it On My credit card statement and they agreed to credit my account. Next month same charge of $89.84 but no product received. I called again for a credit

and they said it had been 30 days

and they could give only partial credit. I told them never to charge

or send me anything again. I'm going to call my credit card company also to block them. They

are nothing but a rip off company.

Sonoma Valley Health has a product advertised on Facebook which is CBD oil and capsules which falsely gives the impression that you can receive both products for around $13. I ordered these products using my debit card and received them but after a couple weeks there were charges on my checking acct. for $89.84 and $89.82. I called my bank and they initiated a dispute but also called Sonoma Valley where I reached a customer service operator who told me that the initial charges were just for shipping and that it was a trial period for using the product and since they hadn't heard from me, I was being billed the full price. None of this information was on the Facebook ad and I demanded that my account be canceled and that I be refunded the two charges. It took some doing but I had to insist and they at first offered me $40 and then up to $120 but I said I need the full refund. They finally said I would get a full refund and I am waiting to see if the money is refunded in my account. Meanwhile, my bank has initiated a visa dispute just in case. I am warning others to NOT order this product as this is definitely a SCAM. Also, if you do get caught in this scam, be persistent and demand a full refund.

False advertising. Celebrities are alleging to use this product. I highly doubt they are aware their likeness and false quotes by them are being used

Don't worry; you will get a charge to your card.
They did it to me and I'm still investigating their true location.

Has anybody tried to start a class action?

This company is 100% a scam. They continue to ship and charge me for a bogus product that doesn't work and their website gives no contact information to tell them to stop shipping more product and charging my payment method. When I called the number that I found after searching "contact number for Sonoma Valley CBD" the person that answered was a third party that barely spoke English. They asked for an account number and would not be able to help without it. None of my information was in their system therefore they could not help me.

I ordered two bottles of a sample product of CBD oil from Sonoma Valley Health, after viewing an online testimonial from Emmylou Harris. The advertised price for the two samples was $6.84 and $6.82, paying by credit card. I just discovered today that my credit card has unauthorized charges totaling $359.32. I called them and they kept trying to tell me that they would give me a partial refund of $45, then $120; then they said they would send me a total refund. I received an email from them saying I would receive a refund of $89.00. I have sent them an email demanding a full refund immediately, and saying that I would report them to authorities if it is not sent immediately.

CBD oil sample offer, pay shipping only. Within two weeks an $89+ appears on your credit card and there is no way to get a refund through offshore customer service.

I was interested in a product promoted by a Costco membership survey and it lead me to a website where I could do a trial for the product. Website was off-putting since the only link on it was the trial link, not even a home page. I decided to not make a purchase and left the site. Seconds later I received multiple calls by the company. I answered one call and when told them I was going to get my daughter for better translation, they hung up. They called again and offered more deals and began to really push their products and domineer the conversation to where I eventually made the purchase. My daughter then researched their website and noticed that the initial link was their only site. This is why I think that this is a scam. They tried to take advantage of me and my age group who would possibly need this product.
