I contacted this air duct cleaning service via Next Door; they said they're insured and licensed. A guy showed up with a regular car, no uniform, no business card, no identification. Previously we contacted via Messenger Facebook a guy named James Wrenley. They only brought a cable and a small brush (toilet-size cleaning) to get in the ducts, leaving it all dirty; no professional vacuum was used. Instead, he asked for my vacuum, left it all dusty, unpeeled the ceiling paint while taking out the vent screen, left it all dirty and disorganized, hid the dirt, and was very nervous and sweating. I paid $300 cash for him to go, and I felt very unsecured with the service. Now I'm scared they probably scammed some personal data online. I asked for a receipt but never got it. I want him to leave my house. Another guy with a phone 818-744-9431 via Whatsapp from the same co contacted me about the service very suspiciously, wanting to know if I was at home or away from home. I feel scared about this experience.
