I purchased 2 packages of Sofyre mouse repellent. It was supposed to be a buy 2 get 1 free sale. I paid for 2 and received only 2. They also try to trick you into a monthly subscription, which I declined. I filed a dispute with the company about the missing sale item, which was never answered. A month after my initial purchase I get billed for 2 additional packages as part of my monthly subscription, which I originally declined. I filed another claim with the company and was informed they have no record of the 2nd purchase or any subscription in my name. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. At 2 months after my initial purchase, my credit card is charged again and immediately disputed. Both of the claims I filed with the company are unresolved. The representative assured me there is no monthly subscription. However, I have been charged 2 consecutive months and never received anything. Also, the product does not work. I just caught a mouse in a trap which is 2 inches from their repellent.
