Sofyre sent email that order confirmation and shipment out for delivery. Over due 4 days called to check up told product was on the way. When I asked what the delay was she put me on hold and disconnected.

I called back immediately sounded like the same woman answering, asked same questions and she said Product hasn't shipped yet. When I asked to speak to a manager she hung up.

They advertised their product that I purchased once. They continued to send it to me even though I had not signed up for recurring shipments. I contacted them and they told me that I also had not signed up for recurring shipments. I continued to have the product shipped to me and charged to my credit card despite me telling them I did not want recurring shipments and them confirming I was not getting recurring shipments. Many other people on social media have described the exact same issue with this company. You buy it once, they continue to send it to you and charge you despite the fact that you have declined wanting the product. It’s a scam/fraud

I purchased 2 packages of Sofyre mouse repellent. It was supposed to be a buy 2 get 1 free sale. I paid for 2 and received only 2. They also try to trick you into a monthly subscription, which I declined. I filed a dispute with the company about the missing sale item, which was never answered. A month after my initial purchase I get billed for 2 additional packages as part of my monthly subscription, which I originally declined. I filed another claim with the company and was informed they have no record of the 2nd purchase or any subscription in my name. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. At 2 months after my initial purchase, my credit card is charged again and immediately disputed. Both of the claims I filed with the company are unresolved. The representative assured me there is no monthly subscription. However, I have been charged 2 consecutive months and never received anything. Also, the product does not work. I just caught a mouse in a trap which is 2 inches from their repellent.
