MONEY REFUND

I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE BUT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK SINCE JANUARY 19,2025 AND STILL NO LUCK SO WHAT DO I DO NOW?
I ADDED ANOTHER ONE BECAUSE ITS PROBABLY THE SAME COMPANY JUST DIFFERENT NAME!

Scam Vibegal.com

I purchased $27.45 for items through a Facebook ad that said it was an Old Navy clearance/Liquidation store listed as Vibegal.com. I purchased 5 items for that price. Received tracking info said it was coming from China. After 33 days it claims to have been delivered on Feb 16th, I received nothing. The charge showed up on my CashApp as VCACAPIVITYKDSTORE. The original website is nonexistent and now another store with the same name is in its place. I've emailed them with bs responses talking about giving me a credit to buy something else and resending me tracking info. Tried to dispute through CashApp to get my money back, but they have decided my claim. Guess they just let these scammers take our money despite me finding a whole Facebook page with hundreds of other people who had been scammed just like me on the same website. I'm gonna have to chalk up that money and just make sure I'm purchasing from a legit source, but it's a shame that these banks and CashApp are getting fooled by these scammers and not believing people who have lost their hard earned money. Why would I go so hard to dispute $27? I don't care if it was 5 cents or $500 if I was scammed it should be taken seriously and I want my money back.

Never received items

I, too, ordered $37.00 worth of merchandise from what I thought was 32 degrees apparel (a company I have purchased from many times with no problems) but this time the payee as shown on my banking statement listed vcacapivitykdstore 938-8888145. CO.
I've sent emails requesting a photo of the delivered items since as of this date, they have not been received. No response.

The website looked like the official 32 Degrees clothing website but it wasn't. I never received my order and have been given the run around by their customer service department offering me 50% refund then 70% refund or offers to re ship the order. They have not refunded my money.

I placed an order on what appeared to be 32 degrees based on a Facebook link. I didn’t get my items so began checking into it and contacted 32degrees.com. They didn’t have any orders so retraced my path from FB and found out it is a scammer site called softwhimsy.com. I have tracking info and it shows it's from China.

I was browsing through Facebook and stumbled across what appeared what I thought to be a clearance or liquidation sale on a popular name brand website. But upon finalizing my purchase i noted that they did not send any order confirmation or receipt. I was only charged for item’s purchase and have yet to receive said item’s. I attempted to dispute the charges, however the website in question does not exist and my bank cannot see.to help me. This type of victimization is the lowest of the low stealing from hard working citizens it sick and despicable.!

I saw an ad on Instagram for a company I’ve frequently purchased from - 32Degrees.

After submitting my purchase, my phone immediately alerted me to a malicious website and was blocked.

I then received a notification of my purchase and the merchant information was “VCACAPIVITYKDSTORE” not 32Degrees.

The website is http://softwhimsy.com/. I went to 32Degrees’ website and there are noticeable differences once aware however, initially nothing looked suspicious.

I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and reported it back to 32Degrees. I received messages from them via IG and email and they are aware of the spoofing issue.

I have disputed the charge with my bank as well.
