Complaint Regarding Unfulfilled Services by EaseUS (ProvenData / SalvageData)

I am writing to formally complain about the inadequate and unfulfilled services provided by EZUS, also known as ProvenData or SalvageData. On April 22, 2025, I paid $89.95 for a data recovery program that promised to salvage my data. However, the service provided was not only ineffective but also failed to meet the advertised standards. As a result, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB.org).

This situation reflects a clear breach of contract and misrepresentation of services. I seek a full refund of the amount paid and appropriate action to address this grievance.
