I ordered shoes for my husband. They were at least a size or two too large. I emailed the company and they responded I would have to mail them to China or they would offer 50 percent off another pair. The shoes had shipped from a warehouse in Illinois, but they would not let me ship them back there.

Not true sizing

I order a pair of 11.5 men's shoes for my fiance and what I received was a pair that said 50 on it which is a 15.5 in European size and they keel telling me they sent the eight size that wide shoes is supposed to be off by 0.5. But not by 4 shoe sizes. Tried to get my money back or get them exchanged and they want me to pay for postage and handling to send them back to china. I would recommend staying away from this company. Unless you want to be in a run around.

Ordered a pair of shoes and they don't fit I have been wearing the same size since I was 17 I am now 38 and supposedly they sent me the size I ordered but they fit like a size larger and won't exchange unless I pay for the shipping back to China

Sizing is way off. No returns

I ordered tennis shoes in my normal size. What they sent was a full size too small. They offer 10% as a refund. Or you can ship it to China at your own cost, and hope that they refund the cost of the shoes only, but, not the cost to ship it back. They say a 6.5 is a 36. Every other website says a 36 is a 5.5. Regardless, way off in sizing.
