I bought a MIWA vacuum through Snapbuy US as recommended by Consumer Report. The website insisted I use the AP I had to download to keep track of my order. It took long to process my order even after contacting someone via email. No one would answer the phone number listed. I finally cancelled the order but they sent it anyway after several weeks. I returned it, got a confirmation that they would refund. I tracked my order to confirm they received it. Finally got someone to email stating they will refund me but they never did. They finally sent me an email that the "shop operations have been temporarily suspended due to operational difficulties". This is after multiple emails back and forth for the past 3 months.
