And I can't find anywhere how to fight it- the only thing I pay monthly is my phone bill, and internet. What the hell is a smartyplus and why did they overdraw my card 19$. I'm livid.

Total scam and slam...Beware when buying anything

I saw this charge on my checking by chance because I was closing the account. After calling them about it and being told that they would cancel the account and refund that charge, I ended the call...but...I did some searching on google and found that this was a ongoing monthly charge for folks that were getting slammed into it. Sure enough i checked my bank account and had charges since last november to now. I called and they are supposed to refund that back in 3 days. We will see because the first customer rep hung up on me on purpose when I told him I knew what was going on. The second rep didn't seem to helpful at first but told me after I told him I had already contacted my lawyer and had been advised on this situation and what needed to happen legally...then he said he would refund my money. Like I said we will see because the scam alerts are not very positive on them.
