SlimDNABrands charged me extra and won't respond or refund

I ordered an appetite suppressant gummy from SlimDNABrands (slimdnabrands.com) based on an add that it was $59.99 for 3 bottles and they were offering 2 free bottles with your first order. I was charged $59.99 and then another $199.88, totaling $399 I never agreed to. I complained and was told they were sorry for any misunderstanding and would credit me $90 (never received). I sent them a follow up email to [email protected] and never heard back. I told them I wanted to send back the second shipment that again charged me another $199.88 and was never responded to as well. I now have emailed their Support team 5 times with no response. I am reporting them to my bank as a scam in an attempt to recoup some of the funds, but they stated because I voluntarily gave my payment information they would not be able to get my refund. I want the funds returned and any future packages discontinued.
