Type of a scam Phishing

I first got contacted by a Michael Myers over email ([email protected]). He asked if he could pay by credit card over the phone and for us to provide our business website with our products, which confused me because if he had my email, he should have my website. After providing our website, he asked to buy a large quantity of all our items, and he didn't seem to care about bargaining to get a good wholesale discount on our items but seemed in a hurry to pay. He only wanted to pay by credit card and not PayPal or through our website, and he wanted us to use his preferred shipping company Global Skyline Freights, which only received payment ahead of time even before pick-up. That didn't seem right since normally you can do Freight Collect with shipping companies. With the cost of the item and the cost of shipment to Guam, he would have lost money if he were to sell our product, which didn't make sense. He said the delivery address was to a colleague named Shaun Douglas in Guam (278 Unit C Bello St, Barrigada, Guam 96913). In his purchase order, he had put the company name Trade Coaster LLC with the following address and phone number (13536 Wentworth St PO # 39021000 Arleta, CA 91331 # 213 283 8006), which I couldn't find any information on when googling it and searching businesses registered with the California Secretary of State. So I did some research and found an article (https://www.reddit.com/r/AmazonSeller/comments/ubv4q1/scam_alert_shawn_myer_ber...⇄ reporting a scam from somebody with the last name Meyer also using Skyline Freights. The description of the interaction was almost identical where the Meyer guy wanted the website address, wanted to order a lot of products, wanted to pay only by credit card, and wanted the seller to pay the shipper directly before pickup. We had scheduled a time to receive their credit card payment over the phone but decided to double check they were a real company beforehand due to all the red flags and then found out it was almost definitely a scam.
