I was contacted by email from Skyfin Services offering me a pre-approval personal loan in the amount of $30,000. I agree to the loan and they started to send me welcome package with pre-approval letter via email. I was asked for documents such as driver license of myself and husband, bank statement information, and $509 for legal services and lawyer. This was sent via money order. Then they asked for $900 for closing costs which was sent to them via money order. Then, they asked me for $2,730 to initiate the disbursement of the loan, this was paid by money order as well. Then to disburse the loan to my bank they asked for an additional $2,517 which was also paid to them via money order. I did not receive my loan for $30,00 even though they informed me that my loan was successfully approved.

They called me and asked if i still needed a loan. They claim they have investors and would fine me one that fits my needs best. When i sent over my proof and all the information thy asked for the called back and told me that they have an offer. so they sent paper work to sign. everything looked legit so i went through. first they asked for a fee of 513 for lawyer. They informed me i would get my money the next day. The next day came and they needed the closing cost 900 i sent that they said i would get it the next day then they came back and said they needed 1170 that is when i said no Im done and asked for a refund of what i had sent and now nothing

I am a fraud rep at a local bank. A customer who has been victimized by a scam in the past contacted me to research Skyfin Services because they were offering her a debt consolidation loan with 3% interest rate, but the letter they sent for her signature did not state an interest rate. She also thought that the letter was not properly written. I found the website which had several grammatical errors, sentences that did not make sense, terms that are not commonly used in lending, the words complaint and compliant used interchangeably, & capital letters in the middle of sentences where they shouldn't have been. They also encourage their customers to file complaints through their internal complaint board instead of filing outside the board and following lengthy procedures. Example 1: SkyFin Services is proving you Debt Consolidation through which you can easily make your payments clear and also use it in different benefits, it will help you to have a loan instantly without any other requirements of the paper or other documents whenever you need money you just withdraw the amount from it. Example 2: Bottom APR rate ranging from (2%-4%) in all the category of loan. Example 3: No repayments drawback. Example 4: (I found this under compliance on the website.) We received a phone call from someone that said he was from Skyfin Services from Dallas, TX. He said we qualified for a 2 to 4 % mortgage rate for purchasing a new home. We thought it seems strange as we have a very low credit score. We contacted a relative that works with Baird & Co. to check out this business. He could find nothing on this company. Can you please check them out?
