Packet of mysterious seeds from "SJWL"

Received packet of seeds with no label and that I never ordered. Return address is SJWL, 116 Nolan Drive, Broussard, LA 70518, USA. Victim location: Olympia, Washington, USA. Nothing else but the packet of seeds was inside. No letter, no note, no fake invoice. From my research online it appears to be a brushing scam from China. Same Same, for the record. Received both, from SJWL-Ken. Inexpensive earbuds in one package, with a confusing note in other package. On EBAY, there's a post about this being a fake feedback scam. I don't know why EBAY and USPS aren't cracking down on it, probably because it generates money.

I have experienced the same pattern. First a letter for something I never ordered, then the headphones and just a couple days ago, I received a package from Angela McGinnis in Springfield Gardens, NY containing some weird wires? I thought maybe someone had mailed me something by mistake so I tried Googling her name which is how I found this thread.
Now I'm worried about what else might be coming and why?

Another mysterious package from SJWL-KEN

Earlier this week, I received an plastic USPS pkg/envelope with a 4x8.5" letter thanking me for a purchase from their store (?). Today, I received another containing a cheap set if in-ear headphones. Thankfully, no charges appearing on our credit card.

I also received that piece of paper in an envelope thanking me for my business, however I thought it may have been from one of my purchases so i just threw it away. Now a week later I receive a 1st class package addressed to my ebay name with a small box and a pair of cheap black headphones that I never ordered. The envelope had a return address of : SJWL-KEN, 1828 HILLSIDE DRIVE, BROUSSARD, LA 70518. A search of this address comes up empty. What the heck is going on here?

Received via USPS 1st Class eVS tracking, a small plastic envelope addressed to myself. Inside was a piece of paper cut to size a few inches by 8.5 inches. Thanking me for my business, another party will be shipping my ordered item to me, if I have questions to contact them, no contact information given on the piece of paper. Many misspellings on the piece of paper. Then 2 days later I received another small plastic package, same item inside.

I received a USPS first-class envelope with a letter printed on part of an 8.5-inch paper, too. The return address on mine was from 1828 Hillside Drive, Broussard, LA . The letter thanked me for purchasing from their store?... I really have no complaint with them, since I haven't a clue what I may have ordered from them.
