I received a damaged recliner from Simply Escalia back in December, 2022 and I am still working with the manufacturer to get my $466 back, as Simply Escalia will do nothing to help. RUN, don’t walk, from buying anything from them!

Ordered a beautiful bench on Oct.11, 2021 and received my order by 4 days. The box wasn't damaged but I could tell that the bench was too big. So immediately I headed to Walmart to return and then I got informed about this merchandise being a 3rd party sell. Not assuming it'll be an issue. So I messaged the seller multiple times and never received a response and even through Walmart's website. Lesson learned for me. Never will I ordered any type of furniture through Walmart. Didn't know they even accepted vendors. Now it's been a hassle for me till this day but I'll get my refund back somehow. I can always inform my bank or go through Walmart. Very disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST OF THE WORST! They steal your money and provide a fake tracking number pretending to ship items. PLEASE SOMEONE STOP THIS! WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY AND GET RIPPED OFF BY SCAMMERS like this! I am reporting to bank, police, bbb and every possible site I can find!

This company is a complete scam. I ordered 2 glass curio cabinets 3 months ago. One came damaged. After weeks of emails (phone number is a recording) they came to get the item. 3 months and several emails later they told me they would send a replacement once they received the damaged item. Come to find out they refused the item when it did return. They stole 300 dollars from me. Pay the extra money and get your items from somewhere else. These people are thieves and liars.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I ordered a nightstand from them via Walmart. It arrived damaged, so I put it back in the box and returned it to the FedEx drop off location the next day. Now, two months after I sent it back, I'm being told that they received the wrong item for the refund and my card was charged for the full amount again. After emailing them, I was told I cannot have the "false" item I returned back and that they have no control over what Walmart does. They can't even tell me what it was that I "returned" instead of the nightstand. Walmart has said that they will refund my money again, but they need to just stop doing business with this company. DO NOT USE THEM!

Paid 250 for end tables never received. They are LIARS AND THIEVES and don’t send merchandise. BUYER BEWARE! Scam and con artists

This vendor is a scam. I bought a dining room set in December and I only received part of the order. I contacted Walmart and the vendor and the only ones who helped me was Walmart. When I was connected to the vendor I spoke to a man named Matthew an Indian guy and he told me he would send out the missing part right away and that it would only take 3 to 4 business days to receive. Several days later I called again as I had not received the missing part. I spoke to Matthew at a number he had sent me after texting me back my address as if I needed that info. He said that I should have received it , but he was going to check the tracking info and text it back to me. That was the last that I heard from him as I tried calling him back the same day to ask him why he had not sent me the tracking info, but all I got was a voicemail requesting to leave a name and number. This was after many other attempts trying to get this vendor to send me the missing part. I finally decided to have Walmart refund my money, but now I am stuck with two chairs and a table top with no base for it. Please do something about this vendor. Beware they are a fraud.

I was able to get there direct number from Walmart after numerous attempts at reaching them by email. When I finally reached someone it was an Indian answering service. I was just trying to cancel my order and they did cancel thank God. Beware of this seller and all 3rd party sellers on Walmart. Com and Amazon. I hope this helps. 713-766-5025

Purchased End-Tables for $199.00 on 8/25/2020 - received email stating that my order was misplace or lost and they were going to re-issue the products. I've tried several times to follow-up on my order and the gentleman or lady hold the phone. I ve tried everything i know to get resolution of this problem.
