We ordered a "textured knit button front top and wide leg pant set" in 2XL on 09-27-2026. We received a 100% polyester three button collard jacket and pant set marked 2XL on the packaging but it contained an XXL set. The product received on 10-22-2026 was not what we ordered. We notified the company of this error and requested a full refund on 10-22, 10-23, 10-24, 10-26, 10-27, 10-28 and 10-29. The company on each date offered us varying refunds / store credits starting at 15% of our initial outlay and in its last communication dated 11-3 offered a 40% cash refund or 30% store credit. Throughout this process, the company offered varying explanations beginning with a warehouse staff error, product being out of stock, return address in China being too substantial to warrant a return and finally indicating a financial hardship that presumably justifies keeping a major portion of our outlay. We expect nothing less than a full refund!
