This company is running a scam where payment is collected and the product is not shipped. Email inquiries are met with excuses and lies about the items getting ready to be shipped. They falsely claim to serve 400 restaurants as well. I paid $160 two weeks ago and still have not received what I paid for.

I took an ordered from this company on May 4th and to this day July 30th 2025 I have not received an order nor a refund I have emailed the company, I have called the company, I have chatted with several several people that say they work for them and yet nothing

Terrible customer service. This company is a scam. I placed an order with them, and my order never shipped. After several attempts to contact customer service, I was informed weeks later that my order was “damaged during shipment.” I got bounced around several times, and was assured that I would be contacted after they “escalated” the issue. Months removed, they flat out refuse to return my emails, and have not resolved the issue. In summery, my holiday meal was a bust because shrimpboxx’s shipping department sucks. I had to discover on my own what went wrong with my order, so their customer service department is also deficient, and finally, having paid for goods and services, and not receiving those goods or services, this company is flat out refusing to refund me my money. Conclusion, shrimpboxx is a scam, and they will do this to you too, if given the opportunity.

Fraudulent Business - Beware of Shrimpboxx.com

I placed an order on Shrimpboxx.com, believing it to be a legitimate source for organic meat and seafood. The website appeared professional, and I received a confirmation email after placing my order, followed by an email stating my order had shipped. However, no tracking number was provided.

When I contacted their customer support via chat, the representative was unprofessional and even mocked me by “lol’ing” at the end of the conversation. I was told I would receive a tracking number by the end of the day, but it never arrived. The next day, I reached out again, but they stopped responding entirely.

I then called the phone number listed on their website, but the voicemail stated the party was “unavailable.” Suspecting I’d been scammed, I checked their Instagram page, where I saw numerous comments from others labeling the business as a scam.

I immediately reported the issue to my bank, which thankfully issued me a refund. Shrimpboxx.com needs to be held accountable for its fraudulent practices. I urge others to avoid this site and hope action is taken to prevent further scams.
