Scammers and liars

This shower head is made of cheap plastic. Not stainless steel as advertised. It lasted for three showers and then cracked and the hose came apart as well. I contacted them immediately and requested a refund within a week after receiving the item. They want to give me only 50% of my money back. I still have not gotten my refund. It's been 3 months. Not only that they keep charging my debit card $49 a month for a VIP which I never agreed to. Do not waste your money or your time with shower envy.100%scam.

I ordered a shower head that is supposed to have minerals in the handle and a hose and holder for it. I also paid expedited shipping.

They then charged me for a bunch of items that I did not order. Then they didn’t ship it on time- so I told them to cancel order- they refused and lied to me multiple times. I called Pat pal- pay pal opened a claim and then sent I for to seller. Seller lord to pay pal saying item was at USPS- which it wasn’t. Seller the. Hurried up to send me a item that I did not order to show a delivery of item. This is not what I ordered it is a piece of garbage that can not be used without the hose attachment and holder which they did not send.

I want my money back and they just keep denying everything.

This company is a scam.

False item came from NJ from -Jane- no company name etc.

I want my money back!!!!

I started to order 2 shower heads, entered my credit card #, then was asked if I wanted to add on other products, so I clicked on those other products to see how much they would cost . When I realized it was going to cost too much, I closed out of the application, never completing the transaction (confirmed by 2 emails from the company stating that I "haven't finished my purchase". A few days later, ALL of the products were delivered to my house, so I called them at 833-924-0099 & was told I could return the items but would have to pay a restocking fee & pay for the return postage. The lady refused to let me speak with a supervisor & insisted that I would need to pay the restocking fee whether I exchanged or returned the items (all within 60 days). Their website says, "we offer a hassle-free warranty, there is absolutely ZERO risk in buying something and trying it out. If you don’t like it, no hard feelings we’ll make it right." This is a lie & they basically stole money from me. Somebody needs to go on their website & pretend to order something & they will see what I am talking about. I never finalized this order!
