Contacted the website shopreptile.com on August 9th, 2023 and placed order totaling $199.60 Oder Number **** for two Boamaster reptile cages. I lost $90.00 in total from this.

On Thursday I tried to email them, both through my Yahoo email and then my Hotmail email. No reply. I then used their email address [email protected] with no reply. Both of my emails were returned "Undeliverable".

A few days later I noticed a charge to "*******" in Texas for computer/software product totaling $90.00 which I never made so I had contacted my Wells Fargo bank and made the report. I have since been turning my debit card on when needed then off after whatever purchase Ive made.
