Type of a scam: Online Purchase

Exactly as others are saying. Doesn’t respond and deletes comments relating to her bundles. She also is very active on her social media and is constantly shopping or going out. She only posted an “apology” promising to pay people back. I’m attaching it below In case it gets deleted like the one she posted on TikTok did. She doesn’t respond to the email she posted in her Instagram post. I’ve tried contacting her in various ways and nothing.

Ordered a bundle. Never received my order or a refund

I paid for my product from Illusory over 6 months ago and have yet to see the order or a refund. At this point I don't even want the bundle anymore because, like the previous reviewer, I feel really insulted by the fact that the business owner, Riley Papile, makes content about being a "struggling college drop-out". She has time to post about her luxury apartment, high-end clothing, shoes, and Gucci jewelry hauls, and getting her hair done frequently, and not enough time to fulfill orders. It's in such poor taste considering that she is scamming hundreds of people. It's disappointing that so many people trusted her with their hard-earned money and she's out living a life of luxury instead of refunding these poor customers

Scammer deletes comments from her page regarding products that were never received by her costumers. Scammer advertises fashion "bundles" on tik tok and instagram and never sends them to the clients and has since stopped posting to her instagram and tik tok regarding said products. It's sad to market yourself as a struggling college drop out and then move into a luxury apartment with the money you've made scamming people.
