This is a fake company selling a false advertised indoor pellet smoker for a suspiciously low place of 49.99 when most of the more basic ones cost nearly $300. This company charged me 49.99 plus an additional 179.98 for no reason whatsoever. Website said expected delivery is 7-10 days and it’s been about 11 days. Customer support is none existent because it’s the same two people answering the phone and no one responding to emails. Asked person about 7-10 business days delivery and was told it’s actually 2-4 weeks. Then when they were told they were going to be reported to the BBB, they hung up.
