Online Retailer Scam
1.I would like a refund at this point! Since 2/5/25 my order was made and I have yet to recieve it no update or anything.
A. MS. HALE'S RESPONSE:hen I looked up your name not order number I’m seeing an order number of #**** and we did update this via email sending everyone who provided there email on there order A preorder update via Email . As this was communicated that this is a preorder . But I can assure you that you will receive your items as we dropped at Chinese new year and were unaware during this time all factories shut down during these dates . This is our first drop and we appreciate you being patient with us but preorder is Made when ordered . We moving forward will never use this method again as it was a learning experience but Your items are on the way from our vendor and you will receive a shipping confirmation once fulfilled . But your items have been shipped and one the way to the USA .

I want to remain to have clear communication as some people were not fully unaware on the website it stated preorder so no worries My vendor shipped out to me 3 days ago so Now I’m just waiting! You should receive A tracking number automatically Via email hoping mid Next week! Thank You ?
******:On second thougt, please issue a refund immediately. I am dissatified with the service and no longer wish to go back in forth with you! Just refund my money.

Please refer to our Pre Order Refund Policy as we have a strict No refund policy with this first Drop as we are going through the process of Pre Order Which means ordering for customers Personal sizing made to order . We will Update you with A tracking number my apologies you’re disappointed in Clear respectful communication but we have remained clear on our end with Everything this far . We hope you receive and enjoy your items . But I can tell you that Your original email was very distasteful for a Brand New Business and instead of just requesting an update as anyone else would you came off very rude and we remained professional through out this process . But as said before we maintained a Refund policy because everything is made to order . I’m not sure the change of plan but Your order has been shipped Via the vendor to the USA so if your first reply would have been for a refund no problem but as of now your items are actually being shipped and I should receive this week .

You are such a liar! Its been since 2/5 I placed my order and not a word from you since I first contacted you. To make matters worse there is no tracking # for weeks. I am going to contact the better buisness bureau and report that flop of a buisness you running- plastic chick!

To date, I have received no items from this documented SCAMMER!
