Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was then charged a random fee of $34.99 on 12/26/23.
I called the company and they state that was a "membership fee." I said I never signed up for that.
The representative said "not to worry we will refund the amount and you will not be charged again."
The charge was refunded the next day.
Now today 1/18/24 randomly I see another charge for the $34.99!
I immediately called my bank to file a claim and had to cancel my debit card.
Upon reviewing I see other consumers are having the same issue with this company charging them $34.99 numerous times.
Please help me to have the company return my money and shut them down for not only dpoing this to me but other consumers as well.
