I have received multiple text messages saying I owe debt on a credit card from a bank I've never heard of or use. They have repeatedly sent me messages over the last month requesting that I pay off the debt but haven't reached out in any other way. There is always a link to click on and phone number each time I receive a new text.

Here is an example of what I receive:

Visit https://portal.shepherdoutsourcing.com/s/RxeY8. Reply stop to opt-out or call 888-991-5696. # of messages varies. Message & data rates may apply. This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. . SOG Ref# 1001537639 Reply STOP to opt out.""

I've thankfully not clicked on any of the links nor have I called to speak to them directly. This appears to be a scam as I have no record of past unpaid debt.
