Scam from SERVICE FIDELITY EXPRESS!!!!

We purchased a tea cup Chihuahua from GoodHome Teacup Chihuahuas
and was to be delivered to our doorstep and every time thedelivery came up with an excuse that we have to pay more money fees for paprwork and a crate. We have been waiting for 2 days now and no puppy. We offered to pick the pippy up at the airport and we were told we don't have a license to get the puppy. They want another 425 dollars for delivery and we paid the owner all expenses already. The owners address is 714 Toms Creek Rd, Cary, NC 27519
(910) 800-7509, all a big scam! Please don't use this seller or carrier, you will regret it!

I bought a dog o line from teacuppoodlepuppies.com and they used Service Fidelity Express to ship it. They contacted me through text and said the pet owners send the wrong pet carrier and I would have to pay a refundable amount of $415 so I did. They gave me a tracking number and said the puppy would arrive at my house that night. Than I got a text saying that in a lay over the air line found out that the puppy didn't have federal required life insurance and would have to stay there intell it had it. The insurance cost $815 I told them I did not have that much so the sender offered to pay half of it and it was refundable upon delivery. Buy the time that was all done they said the puppy missed the flight and would have to lay over. The next day they said the puppy would be at my house buy 2025 that day but I had to pay $210 lay over handling fee first I paid it but the puppy never showed up and they are no longer answering my text.
