9/7/2024 between me and Sergey Doldanov had agreement in amount of $5000 that Sergey will provide education/training for Automotive Paint Production Film (PPF) installation plus materials/supplies to start that kind business for at least 2500$ worth.

Instead of education/training Sergey partially install PPF on my car and give me useless stuff in amount less the 100$ .

Also Sergey refuse provide Washington State business registration and some sort of receipt or invoice for that amount he collected from me.

He's a scam artist. He does this in other states also. He scammed me out of $5000, when I confronted him he threatened me and my family. He needs to be locked up.
