My mom saw an add on ******** for Waldorf style dolls and knew I wanted a doll for my babies first birthday, so she clicked on the add and it took her to the website. She purchased the doll in January and waited to receive. After several weeks and no doll, she emailed the customer service email provided on the confirmation email. They responded in April and said they would “ship a new product” nothing has ever arrived.
