Scott Crete was contracted to build a retaining wall which was never started. Materials were due to be delivered the end of April and were never delivered. Start dates were repeatedly missed with the last promise date being June 12th. On July 6th we told Jeff we would like a refund and as of today (7/10) we have not received any money back. Jeff Scott AKA Scott Crete LLC advertised as licensed and insured, according to the MHIC as of 7/10/2023 he has never been licensed in the state of Maryland.
