Fake job interview and onboarding scam from Sca.com

I was contacted by the company from Sca.com via email for a job interview (I had been applying for relevant jobs using popular job search engines). They requested to contact via Zoom. I agreed, thinking it was an easy method for an employer from a different company to contact. The following interview was conducted via instant message. The interview was polite, used proper punctuation, and asked many relevant questions. After some time, they informed me they would speak with their hiring team and then reach out to me. After about 20-30 minutes, they reached out saying I had been approved and they would start the hiring process. They asked for my email address to send onboarding paperwork to. I gave my email. They asked for me to update them the next morning at 8 AM in my local time to let them know if I had gotten the packet. I said okay. The next morning, the onboarding packet arrived in my email about 6 AM my local time. It contained a welcoming message and had the forms/documents attached, including a W-2 form, job offer letter, USCIS Form I-9, and the company’s code of conduct. Like a gullible [censored], I printed the forms and filled them out accordingly. A copy of two forms of identification were requested, so I attached a copy of my driver’s license and ssn card. After returning the information, the “hiring manager” asked me to check in the next day at 8 AM my time again for next steps.
