Good deal and service

I bought some products 2 weeks ago from Satisfaction.com and my experience with this business was quite positive. Their prices are relatively low so I did some checking and emailed them using their contact page and a rep replied with an hour. They explained to me that they are only an online store with no traditional retail shop, and that's why they can keep their prices so low. I also called to confirm that they are legit. The rep was nice and professional and answered all my questions. I decided to place an order on their website and my order conformation came right away. I got an email from them the following day with my tracking number. It was sent USPS priority mail and it arrived 3 days later in a discreet, unmarked box. The products were exactly as I ordered. I intend to return to this site for future purchases.

Smooth purchase

I bought some toys last month from Satisfaction Adult Store. Their prices are quite low so I decided to give them a try. I called with some questions and the rep was very courteous and professional. I placed my order on their website satisfaction.com and my items arrived just as advertised in 3 days. I'm very happy with this business and will return for more.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I wanted to make an online purchase and they had the item I wanted for $30 cheaper than anyone else. I had been scammed by an online lingerie website earlier this year, so now I research every company I buy from that I don't know. All the pages and searches on their website worked great, except their "contact us" page. You can only email them through their form on their "contact us" page and it never worked. I tried for 2 days, multiple times and everything else I did on the internet was no problem. That's when I became suspicious. Honestly, I was going to send them a 'test' email to see if I would get a reply prior to a purchase. When that did not work I went to their Facebook page. They have like 69,000 "members" but a 1.8 star rating. If you read the reviews it's person after person complaining they never liked the page and can't unlike it and are being scammed. I also did a google map search and they never showed up as a legit business on Google and have no Google reviews nor yelp reviews. They list their address as being located in a quaint walk up street mall area, with a lovely streetscape with higher end boutique businesses. Not the kind of place an adult store typically sits. I am certain at this point they are a scam, based on my other experience. It seems to be rampant with adult themed places. I guess most people frequenting these types of places are not wiling to report them publicly. I don't care, because my husband of 18 years and I want some harmless things to 'spice' up our marriage---no shame here. Beware, and research. After doing several searches of common things, and finding only TWO reviews of products on their website--1 each of two different products I knew something was off. Do your homework people, and REPORT scams!!!
