She called saying that she had to get in contact with my mom and listed her date of birth, phone number and Lucas County. I called her back and asked questions why she didn’t call my mom instead of me and said legally she had to contact me, which doesn’t make any sense. My mom answers all her phone calls and doesn’t left any stone unturned. When I proceeded to ask more questions to get clarity, she hung up on me. She proceeded to ignore all my calls.
