I received products that do not match the store descriptions. I got three identical hair toppers instead of the the different options I selected. They also don't match the descriptions

This company is the worst, they take your money and say they send your product, but you never get it. I requested my money back and they refused to acknowledge that the product was not delivered. I don't want the purchase, I just want my money back and they refuse to give me my money back for a purchase that I never got it.
