I ordered 3 black hair toppers for $72.98. The facebook ad and the site looked very legit and there was no mention of returning outside the US. I tried on 1 and it was a joke the seam showed horribly at the front and was so bad that you could not use them even for Halloween. The other 2 were brown (not black as ordered) I did not even look at those. I followed the posted return policy, on my 2nd request asking for approval to return their customer service said that "my order was delivered according to my order". And that I should consider gifting it to someone else, maybe I should accept a 25% refund to "makeup" for it- and that they have great quality hair products. I could return the products for a full refund but "we don't recommend because it is expensive to return to China and I would need a "longer time for a full refund". On my package the shippers address is "Sorting Facility" 475 Supreme Drive Bensenville, Illinois 60106. Upon research, this is SF Express. SF Express is a Chinese multinational delivery services and logistics company based in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It is the second largest courier in China, and provides domestic and international express delivery.
