I ordered 3 black hair toppers for $72.98. The facebook ad and the site looked very legit and there was no mention of returning outside the US. I tried on 1 and it was a joke the seam showed horribly at the front and was so bad that you could not use them even for Halloween. The other 2 were brown (not black as ordered) I did not even look at those. I followed the posted return policy, on my 2nd request asking for approval to return their customer service said that "my order was delivered according to my order". And that I should consider gifting it to someone else, maybe I should accept a 25% refund to "makeup" for it- and that they have great quality hair products. I could return the products for a full refund but "we don't recommend because it is expensive to return to China and I would need a "longer time for a full refund". Here is the return address they provided: Here is the returning address: Consignee Name:Luo Huifang 408, Building 17, Cuigang Industrial Park, 3 Fuyong Avenue, Baoan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. On my package the shippers address is "Sorting Facility" 475 Supreme Drive Bensenville, Illinois 60106. Upon research, this is SF Express. SF Express is a Chinese multinational delivery services and logistics company based in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It is the second largest courier in China, and provides domestic and international express delivery.
