I think they downloaded a virus,then tried to tell me the hackers were from africa and that it destroyed lots of "drivers" on my computer so computer wasn't working, they worked on it for approx. 4 days,downloaded icloud storage,encryption,etc and didn't explain the cost,just done it then said the computer could be used and I owed 6,676.10. I stupidly gave them 1st down pay, but after talking to my smart daughter, called my bank and reported fraud attempt and they reported to their fraud unit and put the echeck amount of 3,338.05 back into my account due to fraud.
