I thought I was purchasing.Sweatpants and sweatshirts from a company on tiktok. I ordered in january and was told that my delivery was made on February 14th. Tracking information was given to me and showed delivered on that date. When I attempted to contact the company, they went back-and-forth for about a week and said they would reship my order expedited. after another 2 weeks, I still had no delivery. Although again they daid it was delivered. I asked for a refund, but they told me that it would take time and please wait for my money.

When I asked for my money again, they asked if I would take 70% of what I initially paid because it wasn't their fault after I told them no, they said a refund was credited to my account, which it was not
