I received a call, and my husband on his number, indicating that LCS was representing Rushmore VIP Loan shop, recommending that I call 888-675-3527 regarding legal matters. I called and was told that I was being served for failure to pay a loan that I allegedly took out on 5/19. I explained that I took out no such loan, the bank institution and account number he provided as where a $900 loan was delivered to did not belong to me. He advised that I will need to address this in court.
