Type of a scam Online Purchase

At first I thought they were a small business, not well known so I purchased from them. Then I searched around online for them and couldn’t find any customer interactions reviews or social media pages. I email them requesting a refund. I got no response. Then at 1&2 the following day in the morning someone used the card I purchased with (cash app card) and spent over 100 dollars at Lowe’s after first trying to buy spices. This is the only suspicious/new place I’ve made a purchase from. I then went to the site and looked up and info I could use. I found that they said their site was powered by shopstrata.com. Upon looking shopstrata up I found that is a scam website/company that was popular but was taken down but authorities. I went to their policies and found a return address. Once I looked up the address it was the same address used by shopstrata. I’m in the process of getting my money back for the unauthorized transactions as well as the original purchase.
