First contact - Flight confirmation stated I would not be charged anything until the flight was confirmed. Spoke with "Martin"
Second contact - They told me that flight was no longer available (even though it shows it is online) and insisted on changing the flight so the cost increased $800 more.
Third contact - I was supposed to receive a call from a supervisor - that never happened. So I called them back. Asked for the supervisor, they refused. Instead they said they would send me the flight information via email.
Final contact - They called me and asked me to provide them with my secure banking information - which I refused. At that time, I asked to not be charged, I did not want the flight (if it was even legitimate) and that I no longer wanted to be contacted by them. "Michael" the alleged supervisor told me I would not be charged and agreed he would send something in writing.
