Another victim of this company fraud

It's scammer and hard to get your money back or get the work done.. I been victim of his scams and misstatements, several complaints active and this person never do ground work and give to another company and never inspect for work quality, did poor workman ship and failed to deliver in good quality and in many cases people are chasing to get money back or work done.

Navin Uppal representing RS Seamless sold me on a home improvement project of which 50% was paid ($1,350 ) in March 2021. Navin never did any work, and always gave false information pertaining to doing the work. I ended up filing a small claims court claim of which Navin ignored. This case results were then docketed in MN District Court. Navin has ignored a request to Show Cause and an Order for Disclosure. The County Sheriffs Office was unable to deliver court required documents to Navin's listed addresses. To date I am out approximately $1700. To get around his past, Navin has now listed himself under DABO Construction doing the same type of work that RS Seamless had done. This April 2023, Navin sent out a mass marketing postcard trying to get new business under DABO Construction (DABOCONSTRUCTION.NET). This website lists [email protected] as the email address to contact for bids, estimates.

It seems that could potentially scam other people out of their money under DABO Construction, just like he did under RS Seamless
