I have an upcoming cruise with RC & had general question, made the mistake of google number listed which was a scam. They tried to tell me there was an additional fee for embarkation and if I didn't pay now i would have to pay additional 100 at time of arrival to my cruise with Royal Caribbean. They said they were a reservation line for royal Caribbean and tried to scam me. Had I not been on 20 plus cruises this may have worked. They sent me text to call back when i could pay. This is really unfortunate ?? the info was Kenelm 646 298-3171. The 2 reps i spoke with were Indian. I originally called the number listed in google for Royal Caribbean 877 955-6822
