They claim the jewelry is real gold but it’s fake. They even have 14kt stamped on their jewelry. The color of the metal changed and it failed the jewelry tests that I performed. It also immediately connected to a large magnet, proving that the metal is not real gold. I even had the diamonds checked and it failed. Fake diamonds.

They don’t have any disclosures of possible mixed materials that will not make their jewelry solid gold. Their advertisement is false and is a SCAM.

I purchased two pairs of earrings last year from this company . I had the stones and metal tested and the stones were fake and not real Diamond and also the metal was not real gold as they advertised. I sent several emails to this company from last year to advise me how to return the items and they never responded . I lost $157 to this company . I think they don’t think anyone will get the items tested . Very disgusting, disgraceful and dishonest .

I received a Roum Soleil necklace that clearly is marked 14K on the chain and the paperwork says the stone is a diamond. Neither of these is true. The chain immediately attached to a magnet, failed an acid scratch test and the diamond didn't move the needle even a little on a Presidium jewelry tester. I would avoid this company.

I ordered the Soleil diamond and “14k” yellow gold necklace on their Black Friday sale. When it arrived, the necklace plating was already wearing off the chain and a big chunk was missing from the clasp. I doubt the diamond is real - the stone is larger than the carat weight advertised on the website. I attempted to contact Roum via their website, email, and finally Instagram message to process the return. They finally responded that they would not process a return because the price was 50% off, so I’m currently disputing with my bank.

Was advertised as 14k gold and real diamonds. This is false. I checked mine as soon as I received it. It doesn't register on my diamond selector at all. Don't waste your money

I made a purchase through a targeted ad on Instagram. The item purchased was pre-order gold and diamond jewelry. The special pre-order price for real diamond/gold earrings was too good to pass up. The list price was $190 but the special pre-order price was $68 plus $7 shipping which I was willing to pay because of the deep discount on the earrings. When the package arrived, all I received was an empty box. I paid $7 shipping plus $68 for an empty box. When I reached out the company via email I got no response. I tried again via email with no response. I then tried the contact form via the website and finally someone responded. They simply said that they have quality people who check for this kind of thing so there's no way this could happen and they would get back to me. No one ever did, even after I replied yet again. March 21 was the original date of purchase. April 18 is when the "box" was shipped. April 27 is when I retrieved the package from the mailbox and sent my first email to complain about not receiving the item I paid for. May 2 was my next email. On May 3 I received a response from my contact through the website. On May 22 was my last attempt to get someone to respond or give me an update. Today is May 30 and I am reporting them as a SCAM and filing with Paypal to attempt to get a refund.

This company is advertising fine jewelry products made from solid 14 karat gold and natural diamonds. Their advertisements are appearing on Instagram and Facebook, and their website appears legitimate. They are advertising themselves as a new company holding an “Early Access Launch” sale with great prices on fine jewelry produced in NYC.

However, the product received is clearly not solid gold; the earrings come stamped as “1/20 14k” which indicates gold-filled jewelry. No packing slip nor receipt is included in the shipment. The company’s Returns and Exchanges webpage contains no clear contact information, and when emailed at the address provided through their Shop storefront, the company is unresponsive. When they do communicate, they provide no return process information and vague, incoherent information. The product received is not what is being advertised and the company will refuse to start a returns process.
