I googled ROSS'S DRESS FOR LESS GOLD INITIAL BRACELET. I SAW ONE IN A ROSS STORE BUT DIDNT HAVE MY INITIAL SO I WENT ONLINE TO ORDER ONE. I SAW THE EXACT ONE SO I ORDERED IT WITH MY INITIAL AND PAID. THEN A COUPLE WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED IT BUT IT WASNT THE ONE I ORDERED IT WAS A CHEAP 2.00 BRACELET THAT Would DEFINITELY BREAK IF WORN 1 TIME. TRIED CALLING THEM BUT ONLY GOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND LEFT 7 MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE
