Got taken in by a story about a couple who stayed somewhere and the sheets on the bed were wonderful, pure linen. I was looking for natural fiber sheets. Reviews on site were great…no longer the case. I placed the order before checking a neutral site for reviews. When I read the bad reviews I emailed Roskia and got a response the next day saying that the order couldn’t be cancelled because it was “already in process”, but that when I received the sheets, if I didn’t like them to reach back out and she would make sure “I wasn’t stuck with them”. Strange choice of words. When the sheets arrived 4 weeks later, turns out they are definitely not linen, feel like cheap polyester blend, white stitching on dark green shiny material. No labels of any kind on the sheets. I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response
