On 3/25/2026 I opened an ad on instagram for a highland cow plush doll. It was stated on sale for $9.95 plus $4.95 shipping. I entered my card info and clicked “review order”. It instantly deducted $24.68 from my account without allowing me to view charges and choose to submit the order. I reached out and was told by customer service that their system sometimes changes shipping costs depending on carrier. I explained that I never agreed to pay such high shipping and was never given a total price before I was charged and this was misleading. Requested a cancellation and full refund and they never responded. After further review of this supposed business I found endless scam reports where peoples cards were charged multiple times and no product received, no refunds issued, and falsified addresses. This forced me to report to my bank and have my debit card closed for fraudulent activity.
