Rolling Oaks called me in February to sell a timeshare located in Kissimmee Florida. Stating they have a buyer for my time share. Two weeks later they sent me a Offer agreement for sale, listing the buyer and seller for 48,000.00. I didn't feel comfortable and I informed them I would have someone look at this downloaded contract. Three weeks went by due to a family death. I told him to resent the contract and forwarded and hire a reality attorney in Florida is the best route to take. After forwarding the contract I received a return call informing that this is a scam. They informed me the resort is closed.
