person said he was from roku and that mu subscription to roku had expired. and that to keep it on for another 4 years it was for the standard package was 149.99 . but i paid it then after i paid i had a problem and contacted roku customer support and they rold me that i had been scammed and my device had been hacked. to contact my bank to dispute the charge. irecieved a call at 5 am from that number. saying they will give me a refund. now they just called me again sayiny it takes 6-7 days

I called the number that came up on a google search for contact ROKU. The 2 people that talked to me tried to get me to hook my mother's ROKU account to my PayPal account and transfer them money.

I was trying to discontinue my mother's ROKU service, as she was dying.
