This website is posing as a trading platform where you invest money and it is trading in the form of cryptocurrency that is connected to your Crypto.com account through the coin Tether. You "mine" your assets using some type of AI and then the money is supposed to be able to be withdrawn as you see fit. When the time comes for your withdrawal that is where nothing happens, it states that your withdraw is under review and stays that way for weeks. All we are told to do when we ask customer care at the number provided is that we need to wait. Can I cancel my account? No. Or I will lose what is on the platform. Can I ask for my initial investment back? That can only be done through the withdrawal process (which is still under review). So you invest but you never get any money back.
